Sustained Practice

A rhythm that grows on its own.

Most people begin with one or two weekly programs and let the practice grow naturally. Some eventually take on a daily rhythm at home; others find that one weekly hour is exactly enough. We don't push, and we don't keep track. The work is yours; the door is always open.

If you'd like recommendations for getting started — whether you're brand new to meditation or a longtime practitioner looking for community — send us a note and we'll point you in a useful direction.
